Oppo Reno 5 Lite ColorOS 13 Update Deleted Photos

After installing the Color OS 13 update on my Oppo Reno 5 Lite, the majority of the photographs in my private folder were deleted, and I am unable to find them anywhere. I have no idea how I'm going to get them back. It's extremely inconvenient that the update rendered all of my photos inaccessible, resulting in more negative than positive consequences. I demand that an immediate solution to this problem be found in the latest version of the software. People usually accept and install updates because they believe they will improve their phone's performance; however, your most recent update has had the opposite effect on me. It is absolutely critical that this problem be resolved as soon as possible.
