Opel Sold Me a 2023 Corsa With Peeling Roof Paint and Denied Warranty

I discovered that the roof of my 2023 Opel Corsa, which is still under warranty, has paint peeling off in two areas. The original body color of my vehicle is blue, while the original roof color is black. Upon examining the areas where the paint is peeling on the roof, I noticed that it is the black paint coming off and revealing the blue paint underneath. This indicates that the roof was first painted blue and then black during production. The manufacturer/dealer sells these dual-color vehicles at a higher price than the same model with a single color. I discussed this issue with an authorized Opel service center; they inspected the vehicle and created a report. They told me that further communication should be with Opel headquarters. During a phone call with Opel headquarters, I was informed that the defect is not their responsibility and that it would not be covered under warranty. They did not offer me any solution or proposal. Even though I requested a written or email confirmation of this rejection, they stated that they would not provide any written response or service documentation. I am filing a complaint against Opel headquarters, the warranty provider and manufacturer. My vehicle has lost value, and there is no interest or support from their side. They refuse to stand behind their product. The fact that it’s under warranty means nothing—Opel is selling defective vehicles and failing to take responsibility. I will take this matter further.
