Opel Crossland Paint Peeling Issue

Hey, I bought a brand-new Opel car in April 2021. It's white with a black roof. About a month ago, I noticed that the black paint on the roof was starting to peel off. I contacted the main service and brought the car to their nearby branch. They said that the reason the paint is peeling is because of a defect in the production process. They made me wait for a whole month, promising that they would make a decision soon. Finally, after waiting for a whole month, they told me that they would only give me a compensation of 70,000 TL for the car's value loss. They didn't offer any other options. I complained about buying a brand new car that turned out to have problems. I asked for a replacement, but it's been really difficult to get in touch with anyone for help, except for the person who gave me the initial information. I want to complain about the company because I know my rights as a consumer. I want to get a new car. If the company doesn't support the product they sell, Opel cars are a bad choice.
