Opel Did Not Send the Promised Gift After I Bought a Combo from Their Dealership
On December 12, 2024, we purchased a Opel Combo from the Sarıyer Opel dealership. Before buying the car, we heard from others who bought the same make and model that dealerships give small gifts like a thermos or a flash drive to those purchasing a new vehicle. When we went to pick up our car, we mentioned this to the dealership, and they told us they did not have a thermos at that moment but would send it once they restocked. However, it has been over two months since we received the car, and no one has contacted us. I reported the issue to Opel customer service, providing the dealership and sales representative details, but I never received a response. Everyone who purchased a car from other dealerships received their gifts, but New Opel failed to keep its promise, leaving us feeling ignored. I do not recommend this dealership, and those looking to buy a car should consider other options.
