Opel Mokka Came Without the Complimentary Thermos

On February 6, 2024, I purchased an Opel Mokka for Özgür G****, but the thermos that was supposed to come with it was missing. Despite contacting you multiple times about this issue, I have not received the thermos. While the thermos itself may not be valuable, if it was included as a gift, why is it missing? Is your company incapable of sending a single thermos? While the thermos itself may not be a significant item, the fact that it was advertised as part of the purchase and is now missing is a clear breach of the agreement I say. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue, including the delivery of the missing thermos.
