Opel Delays Repairs Under Warranty Without Any Valid Excuse

Opel is not taking care of my vehicle. They scheduled an appointment for me to leave my car at the authorized service center in Kayseri on January 15th for checks and painting under warranty. I delivered my car to the authorized service on the specified date. Three days later, a representative named Sinem from the headquarters called, stating that she would contact me by January 24th at the latest to provide information. However, due to the lack of approval from the headquarters for the necessary procedures, my car has been in their possession for 9 days. The vehicle is adapted for disabled use, causing significant distress. I have called the headquarters multiple times, but each time I receive superficial responses, such as noting the urgency of the matter and forwarding it to the relevant person. Allegedly, they were supposed to call today, but it is already past 3 PM, and there is still no call or inquiry.

Shame on you. I have been an Opel customer for 18 years. Not a single maintenance was done anywhere other than the authorized service for both of my vehicles. I did not expect such an attitude.
