Opel Crossland Spare Parts And Repair Problem

On 06.03.2023, I had an accident with my Opel Crossland vehicle at 3000 km, for which the other party was 100% at fault. Although the authorized service said it would deliver it within 5 weeks, I had to receive the vehicle with missing parts 3.5 months later. Although Opel has a guarantee of providing parts within 2 weeks at the latest, today it is 7 months. Although it has been 6 days, the part has not been provided, and the authorized service has installed the bodywork crookedly in 3.5 months, and it was their own staff who saw the mistake and warned me. Opel Türkiye disappointed me. The replacement of a simple part will take 7 months and 6 days in 2023, and not knowing how long to wait is a significant problem.
