In April of 2023, I took my Opel Crossland to an authorized Opel service center to have it repaired. The fact that we still haven't received our vehicle as of today is shocking, and the reason given is that there was a delay in parts arriving from overseas. We are a family that is trying to recover from an earthquake, and we have an immediate need to sell our car; however, Opel has failed to return our vehicle, which has placed us in a difficult situation. The supply of spare parts for Opel vehicles is so terrible that even Chinese brands do not experience the same difficulties. Due to the fact that I have made up my mind that I will never again operate an Opel vehicle, I have decided to begin legal action against Opel as of today.
