Since April, I've been dealing with the Hatay/Antakya, Iskenderun Aslanbey Opel authorized service center about replacing the front windshield on my Opel Astra J. Despite repeated notification of the earthquake's damage, the windshield remains cracked, and the service center has been unhelpful. The same is true for my father-in-law's Opel Corsa, where the approved warranty replacement of the alloy wheels has not been addressed. We are already dealing with numerous challenges as earthquake victims, and the lack of assistance from the service center only adds to our anguish. When we are promised a callback, the response is always delayed, leaving us feeling neglected and ignored. We urgently request that the Opel service center take immediate action and resolve these long-standing issues.
