Opel Corsa Battery Failure - No Replacement Car Despite Warranty

My Opel Corsa, with 12,000 kilometers on the clock, showed a battery charge failure and a red warning while driving to work. My car was towed to the authorized Opel service center. The service center told me there was a problem with the alternator, that the part would be shipped from Ankara, and that the car could be returned on Tuesday or Wednesday at the earliest. My car would remain at the service center for a total of 5-6 days. The gentleman at the Alpata authorized service center said that if the part had come from abroad, they could have provided a replacement vehicle, but they haven't yet. Why are you trying to inconvenience me? What kind of attitude is this? My car, which is still under warranty, is having problems, and I'm being inconvenienced. During this process, I requested a replacement vehicle for my car, which was still under warranty. I had to travel out of town for a very important meeting, but they never provided a replacement vehicle. I now have to travel 10 hours by bus and have to return by bus again. When I called customer service, they said they don't provide service outside of business hours. When I called again the next morning, they said they could only get back to me within two business days, despite me explaining my situation several times. Furthermore, Opel's website clearly states that a replacement vehicle can be provided for repairs lasting longer than 24 hours. While other brands have previously provided replacement vehicles even for maintenance days, I was very surprised and disappointed to be treated so poorly at Opel. My vehicle is still under warranty, and I will not be charged. However, I demand compensation for the inconvenience I have experienced and that a replacement vehicle be provided to me as soon as possible. I also expect an explanation and apology for this process. I absolutely do not intend to choose Opel again. The care and attention I received when selling a vehicle is completely absent when there is a problem with your vehicle. I am deeply disappointed, and I will be emailing my complaint to the global Opel authorized service center.
