Opel Corsa Screen Replacement Process Takes Longer


On March 8, 2025, the screen of my Opel Corsa vehicle went out. I made an appointment for March 12, 2025 at the Istanbul Öztek Çekmeköy service. The screen replacement approval came on March 27. An appointment was made by the service for the screen replacement on April 24. Since then, despite leaving my vehicle for the screen replacement, the issue has still not been resolved, and no one at the service has been able to provide a clear explanation about the delay. The screen of the vehicle I left for the service on April 24 cannot be made, and apart from not providing a replacement vehicle, my grievance has not been resolved for 2 months. It is not clear when this uncertainty will end, how long I have to be without a vehicle.
