Opel Insignia Windshield Replacement Caused Camera and Safety System Failure

About a month ago, the front windshield of my Opel Insignia was replaced under insurance at the Arkas Çiğli authorized service center. Immediately after the windshield replacement, the collision prevention and lane-keeping systems malfunctioned. I took my car back to the service center, and even though it stayed there for three days, it was returned to me with the claim that “the problem was resolved.” However, just two minutes after picking up the car, I saw that the same malfunction continued. I brought the vehicle back again, and this time it stayed for two days. I was then told that the camera was faulty and that replacing it would cost ₺60,000. Before the windshield replacement, there was absolutely no issue, yet after the replacement, both systems stopped working, and I was told the problem was my responsibility. I continue to face the same malfunction every time I use the car. I also contacted Opel Turkey, and although a case was opened, the service claimed “it may already have been faulty; it has nothing to do with the windshield replacement,” refusing responsibility and closing the issue. I request that this malfunction, which occurred after the windshield replacement, be resolved free of charge. I want my grievance addressed as soon as possible.
