Brand-New Opel Corsa Delivery Issue

I waited in line for three or four months to buy an Opel Corsa. They kept brushing me off, saying over and over that they could find a good car. On June 8, they finally got me a car, but it was a color and package that I didn't even like. On June 23, I put down a big deposit of 100,000 TL. On July 3, I sold my car and paid the rest of the money. On June 4, I gave them the right to do the paperwork on my behalf, and the car was billed to me. On the bill, it said that it came to our country on June 9 and went through customs on June 17. I even got insurance for the car on the same day to speed up the process. But they kept putting off getting the car registered and a license plate by saying the car was in Gemlik and had to be moved to Istanbul. The car has been on the road for three weeks, and it still hasn't made it to Istanbul. I can't believe that getting a car from Gemlik to Istanbul is taking this long. I'm not sure if there's a secret plan or if my car was damaged. Everything about this is terrible.
