OnlyFans Subscription Still Charging After Cancellation Attempt
On October 6 and November 6, I subscribed to the OnlyFans creator “Arthurrtwunk” using my account under Ko*******@gmail.com**. Even though I purchased a one-month membership and the subscription period had already expired, two separate charges of $30 and $31 were withdrawn from my İş Bankası card ending in 6110. I attempted to cancel the subscription, but the cancellation was unsuccessful, and I ended up deleting my OnlyFans account entirely. When I contacted İş Bankası customer service, I was told that I needed to reach out to the merchant directly.
I have not encountered any other unexpected charges, and my card is still active. I request a refund for these unauthorized payments and ask that my credit card information be completely removed from the OnlyFans system. I kindly request an urgent resolution to this issue.
