If OnlyFans won’t refund your subscription after canceling and you want your money back;

Confirm cancellation first;

• Log in → Account → Subscriptions
• Make sure it shows Canceled / Will not renew
• Screenshot the cancellation confirmation
• Check email (including Spam) for confirmation

Check the charge details;

• Look at your bank/card statement
• Note the charge date, amount, and merchant descriptor
• Screenshot the charge

Understand refund policy;

• OnlyFans generally doesn’t automatically refund post-cancellation charges
• Refunds are possible if:
– It was charged after cancellation
– It was unauthorized
– There’s a billing error

Contact OnlyFans Support immediately;

• State:
– You canceled before renewal
– You were still charged
• Provide:
– Account email
– Cancellation date & screenshots
– Charge date/amount from statement
• Ask them to:
– Refund the post-cancellation charge
– Confirm auto-renewal is off
