OnlyFans Renewed My Subscription Without Consent
Without my knowledge or consent, OnlyFans renewed my subscription and charged approximately ₺1300 to my card. I was not notified in advance—there were no emails warning me about an upcoming renewal or the date of the charge.
I immediately contacted their support team by submitting a ticket, but over 24 hours have passed without any response. This lack of communication is unacceptable for such a platform.
I demand an immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund of the unauthorized charge. If OnlyFans does not resolve this promptly, I will pursue my rights through legal channels. Companies must prioritize transparency and ensure users are properly informed about subscription renewals.
