I bought an Omix x400 phone 1 year ago from Kilis. Since we live in the border region, it was automatically rejecting incoming calls to phone close to the border and within the Syrian region. We thought it was the line and we connected another line to the phone, again it refused the incoming calls, we put those lines on another phone and we didn't have any problems. So the problem was the phone, even though I told this to the service many times, the service said there was no problem and sent it back, but when we persistently sent it back and wrote a complaint on this site, the phone was replaced with a higher model x500, but the product was still rejecting the incoming calls at the border and in Syria. We talked to customer service again, but they did not accept this situation. Since I was a university student in Mersin, I did not fall for it anymore and went to my school in Mersin, the phone in that region did not give this error, then in a short period of time, the on-off button of the phone did not work from time to time. on the other hand, it started to open the game I was playing, namely mobile legends, in a vertical image, it did not open horizontally in any way. How to play mobile legends vertically! Then this phone started rebooting itself when I turned on the camera. When I turn on the camera, the phone restarts itself, then the battery swelled, took off the back cover, I haven't charged this phone with any other charger other than its own charger, I turn on the camera, it restarts itself, someone calls me, it restarts itself, I unlock the key of the phone, it restarts itself and Finally my phone won't turn on at all anymore. Totally a big disappointment. I will not send this phone to warranty for the 10th time in 1 year, I am in the position of aggrieved, even the installment has not been finished yet, I definitely want a refund.
