Omix X4 Cannot Play Videos Without Freezing

I am writing regarding a serious problem with my Omix X4 smartphone.

I started using my Omix X4 approximately three days ago, and since then I have been experiencing a major issue with video playback across all applications.

Whenever I try to play a video on YouTube, videos opened through Google, Telegram, or any other application containing video content, the phone immediately freezes. The application then crashes or closes unexpectedly, preventing me from watching any videos. Because of this, I am unable to use the device normally.

The phone has not been modified in any way. I have not performed any software updates, factory resets, or other technical procedures. Despite being a new device, it has exhibited this problem from the very beginning, which is extremely disappointing.

Since the issue affects every application that plays videos, I believe it may be caused by a software or hardware defect rather than a problem with a single application, and I have been unable to resolve it on my own.

I respectfully request that Omix thoroughly investigate this issue and provide a permanent solution as soon as possible.

If the problem cannot be permanently resolved, I request that my Omix X4 be replaced with a new, defect-free device.
