Xiaomi TV Box S Constant Freezing Issue Not Fixed Despite Service Visits

I have been experiencing a serious problem with my Xiaomi TV Box S for about two months. The device constantly freezes, making it impossible to use it properly. This issue occurs all the time during use and disrupts watching content. Because of this persistent freezing problem, I have contacted the authorized service twice. Despite these two service attempts, the problem could not be resolved. After the unsuccessful repair attempts, I requested a replacement of the product, but Xiaomi refused my replacement request. Since the device still freezes continuously and the issue has not been fixed despite multiple service interventions, I now expect Xiaomi to replace my Xiaomi TV Box S with a properly functioning new product.
