Old Navy Incorrect Jeans And Problematic Return Policy
On March 6th, I placed an order for four pieces of clothing from Old Navy. Upon receiving the package, I quickly realized that the High-Waisted OG Loose Jeans were not the correct size. I ordered a large size, but they sent me an extra large. I quickly filed a return request, only to be informed that I needed to send back the item through UPS and personally drop it off at one of their offices. I prefer to order online to avoid dealing with unnecessary tasks. I'm really not happy with this experience. Not only did I get the wrong size, but now I have to deal with a complicated return process. The return policy at Old Navy is just not up to par and could definitely use some improvement.
