Clearance Items No Return Policy At Ashley Stewart
On March 24th, I discovered that a few of the clothes I bought on clearance were too small when I tried them on. I tried to get a return label for two clothing items, but I couldn't manage to get one. Due to the recurring issues on the website, I decided to reach out to customer service for assistance. The representative explained that returning items purchased from clearance is not allowed due to their return policy. Wow, that's really hard to believe! It would be helpful if customers were informed about this rule during the shopping or payment process. What options do I have for these items that don't fit well? In addition, due to the depletion of stocks, I am unable to make any exchanges. I'm sorry to hear that you've decided to stop shopping with us. Many online stores offer generous return policies.
