Old Navy Customer Service Fails To Resolve Incorrect Delivery Address
On March 11th, I made a purchase from Old Navy and chose the free shipping option. The following day, I decided to check the tracking number and to my surprise, it appeared that the package was being delivered to my previous address. I quickly dialed customer service and had a conversation with a representative named Susan. I described the situation and requested her to redirect the package to my new address. But Susan said it couldn't be done. I inquired as to why she wouldn't, and she informed me that it went against the policy of the company. I was really annoyed because I couldn't figure out why Old Navy wouldn't be willing to assist me in resolving this problem. I requested Susan to bring the matter to her supervisor's attention, but she declined. She mentioned that there wasn't anything else she could do for me. I am extremely let down by the customer service provided by Old Navy. They were not willing to assist me in resolving a straightforward problem, and their behavior was impolite and uncooperative.
