Old Navy Refund Delay Of 21 Days For Returned Item
I just got myself a Waist-Defined Utility Midi Shirt from Old Navy. It was a disappointment when it finally arrived after three days, as it turned out to be too small. I exchanged the item for a larger size. I still haven't gotten my refund for the original item, even though it's been 21 days since the replacement arrived. It's quite a challenge to get in touch with Old Navy's customer service, and unfortunately, the customer representatives can be rather impolite and uncooperative. I've been a customer of Old Navy for two years now, and let me tell you, this is the first time I've had to deal with such a frustratingly long wait for a refund. Whenever I give them a ring, I end up talking to a different customer representative each time, but they all seem to have the same response: "We're working on it." I'm really not pleased with this experience.
