OKX Suspended My Account for a Week Without Explanation

My OKX account has been suspended for over a week, and I still haven’t received a clear explanation. Support keeps giving me vague answers about “account security” but offers no actual information, no next steps, and no timeline for resolution.

I may have made a mistake in a transaction—I’m willing to admit that. But OKX hasn’t even asked for clarification or given me the chance to explain or correct anything. Just silence. No real human interaction, no updates, nothing helpful.

What kind of investigation takes a full week with zero communication? This is unacceptable. I expect OKX to urgently review my case, provide transparency about the reason for the suspension, and either restore my access or tell me what I need to do to fix it. I’m tired of being ignored.
