I Sent 50 Pi Coins to My OKX TR Account in March but Still Haven’t Received Them

I opened an account on the OKX app and transferred 50 Pi coins from the Pi Network app to my OKX TR wallet back in March. While all my other Pi transfers—done in smaller amounts—successfully arrived in my account, this specific 50 Pi transaction has never shown up.

It’s been over 3 months now, and the status still says “processing” or “pending.” That’s unacceptable. I’ve been extremely patient, but nothing has changed, and there’s been no meaningful response from OKX support. I’ve double-checked the transaction details, and everything was done correctly. So why is this one transaction still unresolved?

This delay makes no sense, especially when all other transfers processed without issue. I’m beginning to lose trust in OKX’s reliability and transparency. I’m filing this complaint to demand that the missing 50 Pi coins be credited to my account immediately.

OKX must investigate this issue seriously and stop ignoring long-standing user problems. I expect a full explanation and resolution without further delay. My coins are my money, and I have every right to access them.
