Hello, I’ve been using the OKX app regularly for over three months without any issues—until recently, when I was suddenly banned for no clear reason. I reached out to customer support hoping for an explanation or at least some help resolving the issue. Unfortunately, their response was, “We are unable to provide you with service.” That’s it. No further clarification, no assistance, no guidance—just a cold shutdown of my access.
I am deeply disappointed by this kind of treatment from a platform that handles users' money. I didn’t break any rules or violate any terms, yet I’m locked out without even a proper reason. This is not how a professional platform should treat its users.
I call on OKX to review my account, lift the unfair ban, and explain clearly what went wrong. If I’m going to trust a platform with my assets, I expect at least basic respect and transparency.
