My OKX account was suspended while I was in Libya, and now that I’ve returned to Turkey, I’m facing even more issues trying to access it. I had previously installed the app, but after uninstalling it from my phone, I can no longer find it on the Google Play Store. When I search for OKX TR, I get a message saying, “This item is not available in your country.”
This is incredibly frustrating. I want to reinstall the app and regain access to my account, but the platform seems to block access based on region. I’ve already been locked out once due to a suspension—now I can’t even access the tool I need to fix the problem.
OKX, I’m asking for immediate help. How can I reinstall the app in Turkey and unlock my account? Your users deserve better access and support when dealing with regional restrictions.
