Binance Transfer to OKX Not Credited or Returned

On July 22nd, I transferred 15,960.24 NOTUSDT from my Binance account to OKX, but OKX never credited the funds to my account nor returned them to Binance. For days, I’ve been given the runaround with no resolution. Typically, if there’s an address issue, the coins should be returned to the sender, but neither has happened. OKX has neither deposited the funds nor sent them back, leaving me stuck without my assets. I need this issue resolved immediately and my funds returned or credited to my OKX account.
