OKX Not Refunding Ton Coins Returned by Binance After Memo Error
Although it was my mistake, I sent Ton Coins to the wrong exchange. Binance resolved the issue within two hours by correcting the memo error and returning the funds to OKX. Binance even shared all transaction details (Txid) with me.
However, OKX has yet to refund the Ton Coins returned to my account. Despite having all the necessary information and proof, they are not taking any action to resolve the issue. This delay is frustrating and unacceptable. I urge OKX to process the refund promptly and ensure better customer support for such incidents. Immediate resolution is needed, as the issue has already been corrected on Binance's end.






I encountered a similar issue where I transferred USDT via the TON network from OKX to Binance without including a memo/tag. However, Binance handled the situation very efficiently and refunded the amount within hours. They provided clear, transparent updates with a visible timeframe for each step. On the other hand, OKX has confirmed the refund on their end, but they are yet to release the funds to my wallet. Despite repeated inquiries, all I get is that their team is 'looking into the issue,' without any concrete timeframe or resolution. This lack of communication and clarity is incredibly frustrating. It's been a very poor and disappointing experience with OKX. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation, and if so, has it been resolved? Would appreciate any feedback or advice.
