I made a BTC transfer from the OKX app yesterday at 20:07, sending the funds to the correct address provided by OKX. However, the funds appear to be stuck at the address—they haven’t been credited to my OKX account, nor have they been returned. I’m unable to reach customer service, and this issue is causing a lot of concern. Please, can you assist me with this problem? I need the funds either credited to my OKX account or returned to the original source. OKX, I urgently request your support to resolve this matter and ensure my funds are safe and accessible!
