My Funds Not Returned to OKX Account After Transfer to Binance
I transferred funds from my OKX account to my Binance account, and despite doing everything correctly, the funds never appeared in my Binance account. I contacted Binance, and they promptly resolved the issue and returned the funds to OKX. However, OKX has not credited the returned funds to my account.
For the past two weeks, I've been asked to provide about 10 different videos as proof, each time complying with their requests, only to be met with new demands for more evidence. It feels like my funds have been held hostage for over two weeks now, and I'm stuck in a frustrating cycle of providing proofs with no resolution.
OKX, I need you to urgently credit the returned funds to my account. This situation is unacceptable, and the continuous requests for proof without any progress are extremely frustrating. Please resolve this matter immediately and release my funds without further delays.
