OKX Holding My Funds – No Response for 4 Days After Binance Transfer Issue
OKX has been holding my funds after an attempted transfer to Binance, claiming I made a "wrong transaction" because I didn’t enter the mono code. Even if I missed entering the code, Binance confirmed they sent the funds to OKX, but OKX has not released them. It’s been 4 days, and I’ve received no response to my emails. It feels like they’re holding my money hostage, and I’m starting to believe they won’t return it. How can anyone say this exchange is reliable? I need OKX to address this issue immediately and release my funds. This lack of support is unacceptable.
