Missing Deposit from Binance to OKX Due to Missing Tag Since May 14
On May 14, I transferred funds from my Binance account to OKX, but due to a missing tag, the deposit never made it to my OKX wallet. Despite providing all the required information, neither Binance nor OKX has resolved the issue or credited the funds to my account. I’ve been left in a frustrating situation with no response from either platform. I’ve waited long enough, and if this issue is not resolved soon, I plan to file a formal complaint with the relevant communication authority. Binance and OKX, I expect you to act promptly and fix this problem. I shouldn’t have to go through this much trouble for a simple transfer!
