OKEx Deposit Missing, Not Credited To My Account

I transferred ₺1000 to OKEx via bank deposit on 22/08/2023, but I have not yet seen it reflected in my account. I have the receipts, but it indicates that the order was cancelled. Could you lend me a hand, please? What is the process for handling cancelled orders and refunding the funds back to my account? I've filed a complaint, but there has been no response so far.
