My OKEx Account Suspended, Funds Returned After Withdrawal Attempt

I transferred funds from my bank account to my OKEx account and attempted to withdraw them to trade on different platforms. After completing the withdrawal, the funds did not appear on the platform I intended to use, so I requested a refund from the platform, and the money was returned to my OKEx account.
However, when I tried to withdraw the funds again, my account was suspended, leaving me in a difficult situation. I am seeking assistance from the authorities regarding this issue.
