OKEx Exchange Customer Support Ignored Me, My Funds Disappeared!
I'm furious with OKEx! On June 13, 2023, I requested a withdrawal from my account, and it was successfully approved. But guess what? It's been over 10 days, and my hard-earned money hasn't arrived in my bank account. I've been receiving nothing but excuses via email, and this frustrating situation continues. To make matters worse, it appears that Paymount Inc., a supposed third-party associated with OKEx, has seized my funds. How can this supposedly reputable corporate entity, OKEx, operate like this? It's absolutely outrageous! I won't let this slide. If my problem isn't resolved soon, I'm taking my complaint to the relevant regulatory authorities and venting my frustration on social media platforms. People need to be warned about OKEx's untrustworthiness. They can't get away with this!
