Odeabank Charged an Unreasonable Annual Fee on My Low-Limit Credit Card

I possess a credit card from Odeabank with a limit of ₺3500, which I seldom utilize due to the limited amount. Last year, I considered canceling the card because of the annual fee, but the customer service team persuaded me to stay by refunding the fee and encouraging me to keep the card for another year. I consented, but now they’ve billed me ₺600 for the yearly fee. My request for a refund or cancellation of the fee was denied. It seems unreasonable to charge ₺600 for a card that has a ₺3500 limit. I feel quite unsettled and let down by the way the bank has handled this situation. I hope this matter will be addressed justly.
