Oculus Samsung VR No Longer Works Due to Lack of Update Support
I can no longer use my Oculus Samsung VR headset because updates are no longer supported. This is unacceptable—selling a product and then abruptly cutting off support is unethical. The device is now completely unusable, leaving me with no option but to feel cheated.
Such practices wouldn’t be tolerated elsewhere, where companies would face serious penalties for abandoning customers like this. I demand either a full refund for the product or that proper update support be reinstated so I can use the headset I paid for. Oculus and Samsung must take responsibility and resolve this issue promptly. Ignoring customers in this manner is unacceptable.
