Unable to Use Samsung VR Headset Due to Timeout Error, No Support Provided

I was able to use my Samsung VR headset for about two weeks, but now I keep encountering a "timeout" error and cannot log in. Despite contacting Samsung's headquarters, they have failed to offer any solution to this issue. I even tried creating new accounts on Facebook, but the problem persists, and I still cannot access the device.

This is incredibly frustrating, as the product is essentially unusable, and Samsung's lack of support has left me without any resolution. I demand that Samsung address this issue immediately and provide a working solution to restore access to my VR headset. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and support from such a prominent brand.
