Oculus Quest 2 128GB Still Not Returned After Months in Repair
I purchased an Oculus Quest 2 128GB VR headset from Hepsiburada, and it is still under warranty. The device was sent for repair twice. The first time, it was repaired and returned to me, but the second time, I sent it in May, and now it’s July, and I still haven’t received it back.
This delay is unacceptable. If the device cannot be repaired, I demand a replacement with a brand-new unit of the same model. Customers shouldn’t have to wait this long for a solution to a warranty issue. Oculus and Hepsiburada need to take responsibility and resolve this matter immediately. Please either return my repaired device or send a new one without further delay.
