Oculus Quest 3 Lens Cracked from the Inside – No Support or Repair Options

The lens on my Oculus Quest 3 cracked from the inside, pushing outward. I immediately contacted authorized support, but they refused to help, saying there was nothing they could do.

To make matters worse, there is no customer service number, and no repair service is available in Turkey. The only place offering repairs is Japan, and even replacements are not provided anywhere else. Despite having a valid invoice and warranty, there is zero support or accountability from Oculus.

This is unacceptable for a premium product. Oculus, I demand a proper solution—either a repair service, replacement, or a refund. Ignoring customers with legitimate issues is not acceptable. Fix this now!
