On March 22, 2023, I purchased a jar of Nutella, but it contained some particles. Take a look at the photos I've uploaded to see what I mean. The jar is clearly unfit for consumption, and I will return it. But first, I'd like to share this with everyone here. I also informed the customer service line, but I have yet to receive a response. If I get an answer, I will post it here. I was disappointed to discover these particles in my Nutella, which is one of my favorite treats. It is troubling that this issue may pose health risks. I'm hoping that their customer support team will respond to my inquiry soon, as it's critical that these problems be resolved as soon as possible. If I receive additional information from the customer department, I will update this post.
