I have diligently completed all tasks for 25 days as part of the Nutella Ramadan Calendar event. However, on the 26th day, despite fulfilling the "Invite a Friend" task, I was informed that I could not progress because I had already invited two friends on 12.03.2025 and one friend on 15.03.2025, reaching the limit of three invitations within a month. This restriction is not explicitly stated in the campaign details. If it is only mentioned in the sub-details, this is misleading and lacks transparency for users. Having completed all the tasks throughout the campaign, I now find myself unfairly unable to proceed. Therefore, I kindly request that my progress in the event be reinstated, as the rule in question was not clearly communicated. Otherwise, I will be compelled to escalate this issue through consumer rights channels. I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution.

Unfortunately, there is absolutely no solution-oriented approach being displayed. I condemn this practice by Nutella. I will continue my complaint to the end and go to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
