Garena Free Fire Suspended My Ranked Mode Access Unjustly
On October 5, 2025, I logged into Garena Free Fire on my Android phone via Google Play Store. During gameplay, I was invited to a group by another player, and I accepted the invitation. We then started an EC Ranked Match, but during the game, I noticed that no one was able to score points. At that moment, I realized it was a panel (unauthorized modification), so I immediately left the group and exited the game.
When I logged back into the game on October 6, 2025, I received a message stating:
“Your account’s rank has been reset and you are banned from ranked and team modes until October 8, 2025, due to violating game rules.”
This punishment is unjustified, as I did not break any rules or use any third-party programs. I only joined a random group, and as soon as I realized something was wrong, I left the match immediately.
My username is back, and I request that my account be reviewed again, my ranks restored, and the temporary ban lifted, as I was wrongfully penalized.
