Noom Charged Me $200 Without Warning After I Forgot to Cancel My Subscription
Should you register Noom for a 10-month program and unintentionally forget about utilizing it and fail to cancel, you could find yourself charged once again without warning. That describes exactly what happened to me. I registered completely forgot about it, and when the program was renewed I was charged out of the blue. Not heads-up, not a reminder, only charges on my account. Having not used the application at all, I sought a refund when I understood what had happened, believing it would be an acceptable request. But alas, they outright turned away. I now spend about $200 for a program I neither wanted nor used. It's really annoying and makes me feel as though I have been duped. This reminds us to be very cautious with subscriptions like this since they will charge you without delay even if you are not utilizing the service.
