If you cancel or allow the subscription to expire,

- You will not receive any new content, coaching, or individualized feedback. Depending on the app's policies, only general content may remain accessible.

- All premium features and access to your coach will be removed. If that choice is available, you'll revert to the app's basic version.

However, Noom usually retains your progress, so if you come back later, your data should still be there. This contains your weight history, dietary diaries, and any classes or activities you've taken.
