First, get in touch with Noom's customer service to explain that an unanticipated debit resulted from not getting a warning on the forthcoming fee.

Don't give up if their first answer is that the auto-renewal policy prevents a refund. Emphasizing that you hadn't lately used the service and were ignorant of the renewal, gently but firmly ask to escalate the problem.
