I subscribed to Grammarly on October 21, 2023, and today, they automatically renewed my membership without any prior reminder, deducting a large amount from my bank account. Like many users, I simply forgot the renewal date, but as soon as I saw the charge, I immediately canceled my subscription. Despite this, Grammarly is refusing to refund the amount for 2025, even though I will not be using their service. This is extremely unfair, as they did not provide any reminder before charging me. I demand a full refund for this unauthorized charge. If Grammarly does not resolve this issue, I will escalate the matter through Consumer Rights authorities. Has anyone successfully gotten a refund from them?
