Why Do Nivea Stick Deodorants Crumble After a Few Uses?

I purchased four Nivea stick deodorants from a Gratis store in Istanbul. I’m certain that I’ve been using them correctly—I’ve never dropped any of them, and I always apply carefully without twisting the stick too far out. However, after just three to four uses, each product began to break, crumble, and fall apart, making them completely unusable.
Since this issue occurred with multiple sticks, I believe it indicates a structural or formulation defect in the product.
I no longer have the receipt or invoice, but I request that Nivea provide an explanation regarding this quality problem and resolve my grievance. I also ask that the company investigate this issue thoroughly to prevent other consumers from facing the same problem in the future.
