I purchased the Bepanthol Sensidaily 400ml cream, but the pump mechanism doesn’t work at all. Considering the high price of this product, this issue is unacceptable and creates unnecessary inconvenience. A defective pump makes it extremely difficult to use the product, which is frustrating for customers.
It’s disappointing that such a basic component wasn’t quality-checked before being sold. This lack of attention to detail is not what I expect from a reputable brand like Bayer.
